Nuqta (نقطة) is a digital loyalty stamp-card service operated by Nabad Computer Solutions LLC, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the Nuqta customer app, the Nuqta Merchant app, and nuqta.ae. Questions: hello@nuqta.ae.
نقطة خدمة بطاقات ولاء رقمية تديرها شركة نبض لحلول الكمبيوتر ش.ذ.م.م، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تغطي هذه السياسة تطبيق نقطة للعملاء وتطبيق نقطة للتجار وموقع nuqta.ae. للاستفسارات: hello@nuqta.ae.
What we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
- Loyalty activity — stamps you collect and rewards you redeem, including which participating business issued them and when.
- Merchant profile (merchant app only) — business name, category, and logo.
Camera is used only to scan QR codes live; no photos or video are captured or stored. NFC is used only to read Nuqta stamp tags. We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos.
- معلومات الحساب — اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه.
- نشاط الولاء — الطوابع التي تجمعها والمكافآت التي تستبدلها، بما في ذلك المتجر المشارك الذي أصدرها وتوقيت ذلك.
- ملف التاجر (تطبيق التجار فقط) — اسم النشاط التجاري وفئته وشعاره.
تُستخدم الكاميرا فقط لمسح رموز QR مباشرةً؛ لا يتم التقاط أو تخزين أي صور أو فيديو. وتُستخدم تقنية NFC فقط لقراءة أختام نقطة. لا نجمع موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك.
What we never do
No advertising. No tracking across other apps or websites. No selling or renting your data. Ever.
لا إعلانات. لا تتبّع عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى. لا بيع أو تأجير لبياناتك. أبداً.
How we use your data
To run the service: keeping your stamp cards in sync in real time, preventing fraud and duplicate stamping (e.g. cooldown checks), and responding to support requests.
لتشغيل الخدمة: مزامنة بطاقات طوابعك لحظياً، ومنع الاحتيال والختم المكرر (مثل فترات التهدئة)، والرد على طلبات الدعم.
Sharing
- Participating businesses see your name and your stamp activity on their own loyalty cards — that is how the service works.
- Service providers that host our infrastructure: Supabase (database and authentication) and Expo (app delivery). They process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements — if required by applicable UAE law.
- المتاجر المشاركة ترى اسمك ونشاط طوابعك على بطاقاتها فقط — فهذه طريقة عمل الخدمة.
- مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يستضيفون بنيتنا التحتية: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة) وExpo (توصيل التطبيق). يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا ولا يمكنهم استخدامها لأغراضهم الخاصة.
- المتطلبات القانونية — إذا اقتضى القانون الإماراتي المعمول به ذلك.
Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sessions are stored in your device's secure storage. Database access is protected with row-level security, so each account can only reach its own records.
تُشفَّر البيانات أثناء النقل (TLS). وتُحفظ الجلسات في التخزين الآمن لجهازك. ويُحمى الوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات بأمان على مستوى الصفوف، بحيث لا يصل كل حساب إلا إلى سجلاته الخاصة.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email hello@nuqta.ae from your registered address; deletion is completed within 30 days.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. لحذف حسابك وبياناته، راسلنا على hello@nuqta.ae من بريدك المسجّل؛ ويكتمل الحذف خلال 30 يوماً.
Children
Nuqta is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
نقطة غير موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة هنا مع تاريخ سريان محدَّث.
